Passion and culinary tradition are behind the creation of Gascon local confectionery: Flocquins.

Flocquins are made from prunes, almonds and Armagnac using traditional methods.
The prunes are macerated in 10 year old Grand Bas Armagnac from our vineyards.
The prunes are then mixed with finely ground almonds and a sugar syrup is added. The paste obtained is then topped with royal icing.

Flocquins go perfectly with coffee whose heat brings out the aromas of Armagnac en bouche.
